About the event
Professional athletes have been using Cold Water Therapy for a long time to increase their performance during training or competitions. Start to benefit from the same technique to increase your own performance.
No matter if you are a runner, play soccer or handball, do High Intensive Intervall Training (HIIT), are an avid mountainbiker, cross country skier, practice Pilates, Yoga or build your muscle strenght at the gym, this workshop can be beneficial for you.
Your guide, Robert Seeliger, introduces the specific Breathing Technique for Cold Water Immersion, guides your cold plunge in the lake based on the 3-6-9 method and explains different warm-up exercises. There is enough time to practice the exercises before and after you go slowly into the lake. Furthermore, you can get advice and ask questions.
In all stages you learn to listen to your own body and decide yourself about the duration of the cold water…
