Get prepared for your plunge with Breathwork sessions. Get guidance with individual advice from me on your journey into the cold. Take an Ice Bath in the beautiful Schwarzsee with a view of the alps. Warm up in the sauna if you want to. Spoil yourself with a delicious dinner. Repeat.
